2019 AED Workshop

CRC organized an AED (Automated External Defribillator) workshop to educate members on how to react when emergencies. Members are able to learn on the function of the AED.

  1. Shout & tap on the victim to ensure their consciousness.
  2. Send for help by calling 999, and send someone to get the AED.
  3. Start Chest Compressions at a rate of 100 to 120 per minute; Adults compression depth of at least 2 inches (5cm); but not more than 5.4 inches (6cm)
  4. Apple defibrillator if available and follow the voice prompts.
