RULE 21 – GUESTS 外宾
Although the Chinese Recreation Club Penang remains a members-only club, we welcome members to introduce guests to the Club. All guests have to be signed in by Club members.
Guests who are not signed in and unaccompanied by Club members are considered trespassers, and may be declared persona non grata.
We would like to remind Club members of Rule 21 Guests (a) – (d)
虽然中华体育会是一所仅限会员的会所，本会欢迎会员们介绍外宾参观本会。所有的外宾都必须由会员陪同及登记。
若外来宾在没有会员的陪同及登记下，将一律被当擅自进入及列入黑名单。
本会在此提醒会员们注意本会条规第21项，外宾条例(a)至(d)。
MEMBERSHIP CARD – 会员证
(a) Membership cards are issued for the identification of Members and should be carried along whilst on the Club premises and to be produced upon request by authorised personnel or official of the Club.
(b) Periodic checks shall be carried out on any occasions as determined by the Management Committee. Any member not in possession of his/her membership card shall notify the officials or personnel of his/her name, his/her membership number and the reason for not being able to produce it.
(c) Any member who, on three occasions fails to produce his/her membership card shall be required to submit within 7 days, a written explanation satisfactory to the Management Committee.
(d) The Club would like to remind all Members that the Membership cards are not transferable and remain property of the Club.
(e) All membership cards are to be returned to the Club upon termination of the Principal Membership and Corporate Membership. Any member who allows his/her membership card to be used by another person shall be liable for disciplinary action.We seek your kind understanding and full cooperation on the rules above.
a) 为了可以辨别会员的身份，所有会员都会持有一张会员证。会员应该随身携带会员证以便配合本会授权检查人员进行检查会员身份。
b) 本会将会定期检查会员卡。若会员无法提供他/她的会员卡，必须通知检查人员他/她的姓名，会员证号码及无法提供会员证的原因。
c) 会员如果在3次被要求检查的场合中仍然无法向检查人员提供会员证，该会员必须于7天之内向管委员会提交一封合理的解释信。
d) 会员证是不可转让的！
e) 一旦会员的资格被终止后，必须将会员证退还给本会。若任何会员被发现将会员证转让予其他人使用，会员将受到纪律处分。
本会希望您能了解及给于充分的合作。
NO TRESPASSING 禁止擅自进入
We practise a zero-tolerance policy for trespassing to preserve the exclusivity of our membership and upkeep security to safeguard members’ interests.
Any non-members, who are not signed in as guests and unaccompanied by members at the Club, are considered trespassers. Defaulters and suspended/expelled members including their family members are not allowed access into the Club.
All trespassers will be declared persona non grata and repeated offenders will be handed over to the police.
为了确保会员独有的特权及提升本会的安全措施，本会将对于擅自进入会所的人士实行严厉的政策，以保障会员的利益。
所有的外宾包括被停止会员籍的会员及其家庭成员，在未经许可或没有会员陪同的情况下进入会所，将一律被当擅自进入。
所有的擅自进入者将被列入黑名单；若重犯，本会将交予警方处理。
ACCESS TO CLUB SPORTS COMPLEX 运动楼多用途礼堂进出
Kindly be informed that effective from April 2019, it is a prerequisite for Members to scan their Membership card in order to gain access to the Club Sports Complex. All guests have to be signed in by Club Members and their particulars will be entered into the Visitor Registration System located at the Ground Level of Sports Complex.
Understandably, as with any change, these are bound to have contrasting feedback, opinions and comments. Therefore, the Management Committee strongly urge Members to lend their support to this security initiative as an initial step towards enhancing our Club’s safety and security features for the ultimate benefit of all Members.
谨此通知各会员，于2019年4月起，会员们必须在入口出扫描器扫描会员证以便进入运动楼多用途礼堂。
所有外宾都必须由会员陪同并在运动楼底层登记身份，外宾的资料将会被输入在本会的访客登记系统内。
本会非常乐意接受会员们的意见。本会也希望会员们可以全力支持这项安全措施以提升本会的保安。
